After utilizing the online course curriculum founded and formerly owned by Rebekah Allan, Nicole was able to quit her “day job” to pursue her dream of cake design full time with her cake business, Snarky Sweet Cake Chick, LLC.
Her passion for sharing her skills and knowledge has led her to become the new Owner of Cake Business School, LLC dba Angel Foods.Nicole is also a former Food Network competitor (Sugar Dome, Season 1 Episode 4).
